In order to verify your account, you will need to pass 4 steps of the verification procedure:

Initial step: Verify your phone number
Select your country and fill in the phone number (don't start the number with "0"). Please refer to the list of countries supported by TRASTRA.

Additional step: Choose the document type
You need to select what government-issued document you have from a country within the European Economic Area (EEA)

Step 1: Pass the questionnaire
You will be asked to answer several questions about the planned use of the account (most questions involve selecting an answer from a drop-down list, and some questions are open-ended)

Step 2: Provide a document proving your identity
Select the country of issuance and the type of document. Here you can check which documents can be accepted for verification. Make a photo of your document(s), and ensure it is of proper quality and all the corners are visible.
❗️It is impossible to upload a picture of the document from your mobile device or PC, you can only take a photo at the moment of verification.

Step 3: Take a selfie
Make sure that you are alone in front of the camera and that your face is lit enough.

Step 4: Provide a Proof of Address
Upload the document confirming their living address. Please find the requirements to the Proof of Address documents here.‼️ We do not accept account statements from fintech companies
(ex.: Revolut, Wise, Wirex, N26, etc.) ‼️
Once everything is accepted, wait for confirmation via email that your account has been verified. If a notification regarding the status of your account doesn't arrive for more than 24 hours, you can check your email (including the "Spam" folder) for a request for additional documents.
