In order to verify your account, you will need to pass 4 steps of the verification procedure:
- Verify your phone number
Select your country and fill in the phone number (don't start the number with "0"). Please refer to the list of countries supported by TRASTRA. - Pass the questionnaire
You will be asked to answer several questions about the planned use of the account (most questions involve selecting an answer from a drop-down list, and some questions are open-ended) - Verify your residence address
Fill in your address details in the proper fields. Please don't put any extra information on the lines. If you don't have a flat number, leave this field empty. Check the examples below:

- Provide a document proving your identity
Select the country of issuance and the type of document. Here you can check which documents can be accepted for verification. Make a photo of your document, and ensure it is of proper quality and all the corners are clearly visible.
❗️It is not possible to upload a picture of the document from your mobile device or PC, you can only take a photo at the moment of verification. - Take a selfie
Make sure that you are alone in front of the camera and that your face is lit enough.
Once everything is accepted, wait for confirmation via email that your account has been verified. If a notification regarding the status of your account doesn't arrive for more than 24 hours, you can check your email (including the "Spam" folder) for a request for additional documents.
